Unemployment, and Food Stamps (in name only) benefits are paid on a Debit Card? Who or what is making money on this process even when the government agencies report problems?  You got it! It’s the banks.  They receive transaction fees for every transaction.  You got to love these folks. ;)

Thing about this, if the debit card number is known and kept in your head (memory), or the card is in your hand, and nothing can be received without it, could you refer it to the mark of the B@%$t?  Then what would that make the bank? JUST JOKING, PEOPLE!
